BizBook ("we", "our", "the app") helps service professionals manage clients, jobs, scheduling, and invoicing. This page explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and how it's protected.
When you create an account and use BizBook, we collect:
This information is stored on our servers so it can sync across your devices and is used solely to provide the app's features to you.
If you grant permission, BizBook creates a dedicated "BizBook" calendar and a dedicated Reminders list on your device, and mirrors your scheduled jobs and invoice/to-do reminders into them. It also reads your existing calendars and reminders to check for scheduling conflicts. This data stays on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers or shared with anyone.
BizBook does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in a private database. Authentication tokens are stored securely in your device's Keychain. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email address below.
BizBook is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
